Why I created this productivity cheat sheet?


4 years ago, I quit my office job to become my own boss and do what I love.

I became a personal trainer and started doing online workouts for hundreds of Estonian women (my first business).

During that period, I also launched some side projects with my boyfriend while working from home.

(My boyfriend is a freelancer who does marketing stuff for companies)



Since we started working together, our productivity has suffered a lot (especially for him).

  • It was hard to stay focused while working from home.
  • It was so easy to procrastinate with deadlines when you're your own boss.
  • I felt overwhelmed with work. There was so much to do but I didn’t know where to start.
  • My boyfriend is a perfectionist, so he struggled to complete tasks on time.
  • Without any effective systems, both my boyfriend’s mental and physical health suffered, leading to constant burnout cycles.


For clients, he delivered good results on time, but with our side projects, it was bad.

Like… really bad!

So, I wanted to find new productivity methods that make his work life easier to handle. Because this, in turn, boosts our overall productivity as well when working together.

We tried too many productivity tools, methods, and systems.

Most were too complicated, taking more time to use than the tasks themselves.

Over three years, we've discovered simple and effective ways that helped us to work smarter, not harder.
